Learn how to identify faults, analyse WHY they're happening, adapt your instruction and help a real pupil improve.

We'll be covering:

And we're going to challenge some of the traditional advice given to PDIs along the way.

Because passing endless mock tests doesn't necessarily mean you know the subject.

Watching somebody else's Part 3 lesson doesn't necessarily mean you can teach it.

And completing 40 hours of training doesn't necessarily mean you've had 40 hours of the training YOU needed.

Good training starts by finding out what you already know, what you don't know and where you actually need help.

That's what The PDI Hub is about.
